Jack Gilbert comes from a long line of photographers dating back to the early 1900's when his father owned and operated a portrait studio. Jack utilizes his skillful eye into manipulating his captured images to the digital world. We are drawn into the organic forms whether derived from nature or from his travels.

Jack has had solo and group shows with a strong following due to his artistic rendering and philanthrophy, as he donates to his favourite charities. As part CONTACT 2007 Jack donated to the ICAN Foundation for Little Libraries started by the late Ben and Doreen Wicks to help children in third world countries have access to books and learning.
